Tasting Reschedule/Cancellation/Refund Policy The tasting/consultation fee needs to be paid in advance to secure the appointment. Due to high volume of inquiries, if you wish to cancel/reschedule a tasting, you must call us two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment day at 239-784-8362. This gives us the opportunity to offer that time slot to another customer. If we are not notified two weeks prior to your appointment, the tasting/consultation fee will not be refunded. If you’re unable to come at your scheduled time, we will allow you to reschedule it for another time the same day (if there’s availability) or another day. You’re allowed to reschedule the appointment up to ONE time. Failure to come on the rescheduled day/time will result in the forfeiture of your tasting fee and NO Refunds or Credits will be given.
